How Wholesale Works

Step 1: Start with a free sample
No commitment. Just reply with a shipping address and we’ll send you a 1-lb bag to try with your community.

Step 2: Place a wholesale order
Minimum 5 lbs. Mix and match any of our 7 coffees. We’ll invoice you directly.

Step 3: We roast fresh and ship
Every wholesale order is roasted to order and ships within 3–5 business days via FedEx.

Wholesale pricing starts at $20/lb. That’s 23% off retail — and every bag is still roasted to order.

The Fundraising Program

Here’s how it works: your church or organization buys at wholesale ($20/lb), sells our 1-lb bags at retail ($25.99), and keeps the $5.99/lb margin. We handle the roasting. You handle the community.

It works as a one-time fundraiser — Easter, back-to-school, end of year — or as an ongoing offering in your lobby or bookstore. Minimum fundraiser order is 10 lbs. We’ll include a simple sell sheet you can hand to people.

The name Common Table Coffee exists because we believe the best conversations happen around a shared table. A church selling coffee to fund its mission feels exactly right to us.

Which Coffee Is Right for Your Community?

Large congregations needing big pots of approachable coffee:
Cowboy Blend (bold, full-bodied, built for big pots) or Breakfast Blend+ (crowd-pleasing, extra caffeine, smooth).

Smaller groups with adventurous palates:
Colombia (bright, caramel sweetness), Guatemala (dark chocolate, subtle fruit), Brazil Santos (cocoa, almond, soft caramel).

Mixed crowds — the universal crowd-pleasers:
Brazil Santos or Mexico (smooth, mild, low acidity — approachable for everyone).

Is there a long-term commitment?
No. Each wholesale order stands on its own. Order once, order monthly, or try us for a fundraiser and see how it goes. No contracts.

Can we order different coffees in the same order?
Yes. Mix any of our 7 coffees in a single wholesale order. Minimum 5 lbs total.

How does shipping work for wholesale orders?
We ship via FedEx. Wholesale orders over $150 ship free. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

What if we want to try it before committing?
That’s exactly what the free sample is for. Email us and we’ll send a 1-lb bag at no charge.
