Shipping
Every order is roasted to order in Temecula, California and ships via FedEx within 3 to 5 business days of roasting. Once it's out the door, you'll receive a tracking link by email.
Domestic (US)
- Flat rate shipping on orders under $50
- Free shipping on orders over $50
- Typical transit time: 2 to 5 business days after roasting
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders (5 lbs and up) ship the same way, roasted fresh and sent via FedEx. Wholesale orders over $150 ship free. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. See our Wholesale page for details on ordering for your church, office, or ministry.
International
We ship internationally via FedEx. Rates and transit times are calculated at checkout based on destination. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
A note on freshness: Because we roast to order, your bag may take a few days longer to reach you than mass produced coffee from a warehouse. That's the trade off, and we think it's worth it. Coffee tastes its best in the first four weeks after roasting.
Returns & Refunds
Coffee is consumable, so we follow the industry standard: we don't accept returns on opened bags. That said, we want you to love what you ordered.
If something's wrong with your order
- Damaged in transit
- Wrong product shipped
- Quality issue with the coffee itself
Email us within 14 days of delivery at hello@commontablecoffee.com with your order number and a brief description (a photo helps for damage claims), and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
If you ordered the wrong coffee
Reach out within 7 days of delivery, and if the bag is unopened we'll work with you on a one time exchange. You cover return shipping.
